A new approach to relationship frustrations!

An interesting point of view–but will it create what you would really like?  Still, laughter and humor clears more than tears so if this sums up your point of view you could ask yourself a few questions:

Is this relationship working for me?

Do I really wish to be in a relationship anyway?

What could I change that would make this relationship work for me?

What am I really upset about?  (Does it have anything to do with your partner anyway?)

What’s right about this I’m not getting?

What have I been denying I knew or pretending not to know that created this situation?
Have fun! Didn’t you choose your partner cause you liked him or her?  Is dumping your anger on them really your best choice?
